Information about the protection of your personal data

While registering for the abovementioned event your personal data will be collected by EEAE and will be further processed for purposes related to the workshop organization.

The protection of your personal data is treated by the EEAE as a top priority. For this reason, EEAE is committed to protecting your personal data and complying with the relevant personal data protection provisions.

EEAE collects and processes only the data necessary to exercise its legal competencies (in particular under Law 4310/2014) and / or to fulfill its obligations. Specifically:

· For reasons of public interest in the field of public health and / or in the exercise of the public authority entrusted to it, under the current legal framework (in particular Law 4310/2014).

· For archiving purposes in the public interest, as well as for purposes of scientific or historical research or statistical purposes.

The personal data which will be collected are:

· Data necessary for the organisation and management of the workshop, such as gender (needed for the right title)/name/surname/organisation/address/city and country of work/e-mail address/VAT number of the organization/person.

· Photos/pictures, during presentations of speakers and participants that may be published in the context of the workshop dissemination.

EEAE collects and processes personal data for the management/organisation of the event, including management of:

o lists for contacts, invitations, participants, speakers, news

o photographs/pictures/presentations of speakers and participants,

o Publication on the internet/intranet.

How long your personal data will be held ?

Your personal data will be part of a list of contact details for the purpose of contacting you in the context of the workshop organization and dissemination activities. Your personal data will be stored until the end of abovementioned event. If you have been asked to provide your consent to the collection and processing of your personal data by the EEAE, the EEAE will keep your personal data for as long as you have not withdrawn your consent. Otherwise they will be deleted, after the end of this event.

Who has access to your information and to whom is it disclosed?

The Local Organizing Committee members, including the Officers of EEAE Finance Department, are the only persons having access to all personal data, as well as to all information collected in the context of this event, and the organisation thereof.

No personal data are transmitted to other parties or outside the EU.

How do we protect and safeguard your information?

The collected personal data and all information related to the above mentioned event are stored on the servers of EEAE. Cookies help the site remember your settings – language, font size and other preferences for how you want to view the site on your computer – so you don’t have to keep re-entering them whenever you come back to us.
